Michael F. Lose, DDS

Born in Racine, Wisconsin, Dr. Michael Lose moved to Fort Dodge, Iowa during his junior high and high school years. After attending college at The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul and dental school at Creighton University in Omaha, he practiced dentistry in Ironwood, Michigan for one year. Dr. Lose joined Family Dentist Tree in 1985 and has enjoyed watching the practice grow into what it is today.

Dr. Lose volunteers at Good Samaritan Dental Clinic, and he’s a member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, and Zumbro Valley Dental Society, for which he served 6 years on the board. He also spent time as a clinical instructor at Rochester Community and Technical College in the Dental Hygiene program. He is an active member of Resurrection Catholic Church, and is a past board member of the Lourdes Foundation. After hours, he enjoys all kinds of sports, but particularly likes basketball, golf, and tennis.

With Mary, his wife of over 38 years, Dr. Lose has two sons. Dan and his wife, Amalia, are registered nurses living in Iowa. They are proud parents of two children. Andrew is a physical therapist practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona.
